Amazing customer service. I just switched from Bell to Telus at The Phone Experts in Westbrook Mall and I am glad I did. Sam was a very knowledgeable and friendly person to deal with and I couldn’t have asked for a better phone buying experience!

He was knowledgeable, kind and caring he even stayed late to help me with my phone. He was also a great leader to another employee who was new. You are lucky to have him and if I had a position available I would have recruited him. He gave the best customer service I have ever had. Thank you!!!

I have never met a customer service representative or manager with more knowledge within the telecommunications field as Ashley. She patiently answered all of my questions, and genuinely helped me chose the right services, device, and accessories that truly fit my needs. Her in depth knowledge of every facet of the products and services I was interested in really helped me make an educated buy. I went out of my way to go to this store, and because of her service, I will be going out of my way again.
If you could duplicate her, I would suggest it.
